What you get
One package, listed in full. Nothing here is an extra.
The catalogue
| Products | All 4 252 in the Amrod range, or the part of it you choose to sell |
|---|---|
| Variations | 25 019 size and colour combinations, each with its own price and stock |
| Categories | 714, with the supplier hierarchy kept intact |
| Brands | All 19, each with its own page |
| Images | Served from the supplier's own image servers, so your hosting stays small and fast |
| Catalogue refresh | A full pull every night. New lines appear, discontinued lines move to draft |
| Stock refresh | A full snapshot three times a day, and changes every fifteen minutes |
The quantity grid
Colours down the side, sizes across the top, one box for each combination. The buyer types quantities straight into the grid and sends the lot as one request.
This matters for the price, not only for the typing. Branding carries a setup fee for each print position and is charged in quantity bands. An order for 100 units split across three colours, entered as three separate purchases, can attract three setup fees and land each line in a worse band. Entered as one grid it is one order at the 100-unit band.
Pricing and margin
| Markup rules | A default percentage, then rules by brand, by category, or by a word the category contains. Clothing can run at one figure and giftware at another |
|---|---|
| Volume tiers | Markup drops by the points you set at each quantity break |
| Floor | A minimum markup the volume tiers can never go below |
| VAT | Shown inclusive first and exclusive beneath, rounded in the sequence the supplier uses so your figures match the invoice |
| Control | A pricing screen in your admin. Change a rule, save, and quotes recalculate at once |
| Cost prices | Held on your server, stripped from stored quotes, never sent to the browser |
